My wife did something sensational with turkey meatballs. All that I know for sure is that she didn't use any eggs and added sesame ginger sauce. But they were flavorful without the sauce.

We ate them with stir-fry veggies. I'm three weeks into my diet, and I haven't broken down yet. Three meals a day, and good stuff. I broke out some clothes that I haven't been able to wear in a year, and they fit again. The pounds are just melting away.

Any low-fat, low-calorie meal ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Oh man, I'm jealous. I brought three ham-on-bagle sandwiches to work.

What applied then applies tonight, too. But then, when do pizza and ice cream ever get old?

1/4 boneless chicken breast, steamed spinach, two of those uh.may.zing Pillsbury frozen bisquits, southern style. Juice, blueberry-and-something.

    Never.

I'm debating between DQ and Wendy's right now. Both aren't that good, but I am low on options.
