I don't think I've ever had sliced parmesan on a sandwich. It sounds REALLY salty. Not that that's a bad thing.

I'm an idiot. It's not parmesan; it's provolone.

I don't have the menu in front of me, reciting by memory. (Eaten it enough to where I know it by memory, which is sad ... but not.)

This is actually ham, ham and more ham, no?

What's dinner? I had some salsa with baked Doritos at 4 p.m. That was my dinner. I can't wait until morning. I'm fixing up a big bowl of cereal with banana chunks thrown in to go with some Canadian bacon and a glass of low-sugar OJ. Then it's my once-per-week peanut butter and honey sandwich for lunch with an apple kicker.

My wife and I have lost a combined 70 pounds in about five or six weeks.

Please, somebody send me a friggin' oatmeal raisin cookie.

    It's actually quite good.

So is ketchup and cottage cheese, and I thought that was gross until I tried it once.

I had a weird combination the other day.

I was reheating some leftover chili with a Reese's Cup in one hand. Before I sat down the spoon after stirring the chili, I cleaned it off, then took a big bite of that chocolate-peanut butter goodness.

    It was quite tasty.

Some recipes, including mine, put unsweetened chocolate in chili. No peanut butter, though.

My recipe includes brown sugar, so I can see how unsweetened chocolate would be good.

Unsweetened chocolate will take the edge off the heat of a pot of chili, allowing you to use whatever chile you want for flavor and temper it with the chocolate.

It will also save a pot you've made too spicy, in a pinch.

Going to the Ducks-Penguins game tonight in Anaheim. Will eat before going to the game to avoid being ripped off at the concession stands, but will also enjoy the game.

Original plan was Spaghetti and salad (topped with dressing from Olive Garden). My better half developed a migrane, so it's pizza and wings. Woohoo!

A third of a pound of sliced turkey, wheat thins, and 2 Friendly's sundaes on the go.
