I had leftovers tonight, but I made amazing no-bake cookies. They were started and done within halftime of the Arkansas-Tennessee game.

Rosie, is that Sunday dinner a depression dinner for Minnesota's loss today?

Oh, and we're having Fatz cafe. SO SO SO good.

I'm making myself baked chicken. I roll a pair of boneless chicken breasts in egg and then coat it in ground-up bran flakes. Very healthy and surprisingly tasty. I'll be having that and corn tonight.

Wild don't play Anaheim until 7 p.m. And after last night's shootout win, I'm hoping for good things from the Wild tonight.

couple of chicken tenders and roasted potatoes from Price Chopper deli. second night in a row. then i went to borders and had one of those white chocolate chip cookies that look like the Pentagon, warmed up, with vanilla ice cream on top. eating it, i read most of an article in this month's American Spectator about how Bush's second inauguration speech, derided by those in the respected literary circle, might actually be one of the best ones ever, even compared with lincoln's address. the guy dissects "the bush doctrine" and seemingly thinks it's a masterpiece.
