This is just a guess, but maybe you use a pizza stone?

The last of the chicken wings and marinade from the other night. Thinking about also making some pasta and throwing the wings in there after they're done.

I put it on a cookie sheet, but next time I plan on putting it directly on the rack. We don't have a pizza stone yet.

Each includes cheese and four slices of bacon?
Ah, fuck it. The wheat bread makes it healthy.

Platy, if I weren't adhering to the new lifestyle, I'd so try to cook one or two of those up. That concoction sounds divine.

A friend, 52, had a heart attack this morning and was revived at his office by a co-worker trained in CPR.
Went and saw him at the hospital tonight.
On the way out the door, I grabbed three oranges from the free fruit bin for the patients and per my friend's request I stopped at Krispy Kreme and ate some donuts in his honor.
That was my dinner. Oh, and a Diet Dr. Pepper to drink.

BLT and beers at the Steilacoom Deli and Pub after an evening of beach volleyball.

Cool joint (well, except for the fact that they don't have A/C) in a cool town.

The tomatoes are good for you, too. :D

Tonight: a couple of grilled ham and cheese sammiches, on Texas toast.

Been doing Lean Cuisine meals for supper for the past three weeks. And I had a Southwestern chicken panini of theirs tonight which was as good as any panini I've ever tasted.
