I don't know about supper ... beer it was actually ... but a friend of mine who's helping with my comp just treated me to Waffle House. Bert's Chili, while it might be a toxic substance to some is pure gold to me.

Two eggs scrambled ... Scattered, Smothered, Covered, Chopped and Capped hashbrowns ... Toast ... wow!

Moddy, here's that recipe for potato latkes. I'd suggest doubling the amount of each ingredient. You'll be glad there's a lot of them.

    • 3 White Potatoes
    • half an onion
    • one carrot
    • Matzo Meal
    • 2 eggs
    • Lowreys salt
    • fresh ground pepper.

    • Peel potatoes,
    • Skin the onion
    • clean the carrot
    • Now you shred the stuff,
    • Squeeze a squirt of lemon juice

    • crack the eggs, and beat, and then pour into the potato mixture.
    • Maybe a third to a half a cup of matzo meal, mix.
    • Season and then fry in Peanut Oil

When done strain on a piece of paper towel.

Serve hot or warm with apple sauce or sour cream or whatever you want. But apple sauce or sour cream are divine with latkes.

Make 'em for me and put them in the mail, please. Too hot to cook. I have two steaks in the fridge. I think I'm going to eat them raw.
I have some leftover crab quiche if anybody wants some.

I'll bring you 6 dozen in return for a job? Just kidding, Charlie Brown.

But OK, I'll make them and send them overnight. Least I can do.

    No squish?

I look forward to trying them.
Unlike most jobs, I hope they are not frozen.

Raw squish is good, we may have a raw meal. Steak, squish and salad.

Frozen? Blasphemy. I'll figure out a way to cook them and get them to you to reheat.

For dinner tonight ... a smallish salad with 5 cherry tomatoes, 3 hard-boiled-egg halves, a third-pound sliced honey turkey, and a Special Dark chocolate bar, which I'm about to devour.

No... I'm buying it... I'm producing the 10 tonight, so I don't have a choice but to buy dinner.

I want Chipotle, but he won't eat it.
