Likely a Slim Fast shake. Possibly a half a turkey sandwich and some baby carrots.

Tonight'll feature some grilled amberjack steaks with rice and some steamed veggies.

Chili. About a 4:1 ratio of pork to beef.

Flour tortillas. Best bet is to put the sauce in as you cook the chicken, then add the veggies once the chicken is half-cooked. That way you get the flavour in everywhere.

Don't know yet, but a colleague is eating some sweet-smellin' gumbo and I'm hankerin' for some now.

Ribeye marinated in A1 hot and spicy with mushrooms sauteed in olive oil and whole wheat garlic toast.

Salad tonight......but last night, chefette made chicken spaghetti......If I weren't in the midst of dropping 60 pounds, I would have eaten the whole damn pot.

A1!? Are you kidding me? C'mon, Cosmo. You gotta come stronger than that.

Hey, I like A1's hot and spicy ... and honestly, with work I didn't have a lot of time this afternoon to come with something better. Had about five minutes to throw something together ...

Got nothing against A-1 as a condiment. But the poor cow is already dead, no need to drown that ribeye before grilling.

Just shake it off and finish on the grille.
