    Smoky fried chicken and macaroni and cheese.

    Add some liquid smoke to the egg wash before breading the chicken. Wonderful.

    A tangelo, some yogurt, a string cheese, some peach chunks, and a 100-calorie pack of grasshopper cookies.

    I packed sammiches to eat earlier, but don't feel that hungry.

    Ham and cheese sandwich with home-grown tomatoes slices in it.

    Not bad at all. Was pretty good healthy stuff until I added the carbonated beverage. Oh well ...
