Last night I had a grilled salmon filet with a honey-jalapeno glaze with rice and asparagus. Good stuff. Tonight, it'll be a steak on the grill at Yosemite.

Been trying to balance my diet with eating something I want to eat.

So last night, I made a boli.

Made my own whole-wheat dough. Then piled in sliced onions and peppers, some shrimp and enough low-fat mozzarella to hold it together, lots of basil and oregano.

    It was goooooood.

shot -- have you had luck with any particular brand of low-fat mozz?

In my experience, most of them taste like Elmer's glue.

i'm waiting on the edge of my seat as well.

if yours tasted like elmers, it had more flavor than any i've tried.

Hit a good grocery, one of the super-stores. More variety. I found some that was no less tasteful than normal, part-skim.

It's the low-fat cheddars that are really bad. They all have odd tastes.

I wish I could, but it was one of those locally-made brands. And I don't have the wrapper anymore. Sorry.
