    Chicken courdon bleu with fresh beans and red potatoes in a cream-dill sauce with a touch of shallots (my wife got a new cookbook... yay).

    You just lost cool points with me Tomas! No one should ever ruin pizza with pineapple :D

    That being said, you sure do a lot of baby backs and brisket. Doesn't your family ever tire of BBQ? Just asking :D

    A peach, vanilla yogurt, cottage cheese and light swiss cheese on reduced fat triscuits. And some water.
