40 clove garlic chicken, garlic mashed potatoes with roasted carrots and asparagus.

I'm dumb. What can I say?

Actually when you cook the garlic like this it turns very soft and adds a certain level of sweetness to the chicken. It doesn't have that overwhelming taste that raw garlic has.

And I LOVE garlic.

I can imagine tons of things better, but to each his own

And JR ... yeah, I love garlic too, but a mint after eating it is always a plus.

 

pineapple with peppers my friend, try it before you kill it. ... and, not to sound like it's all about me, but i get to pick dinner one night a week. at least i give 'em a choice.
