Epicurious is a great damn site. And that sounds like a great recipe.

Punch in "pork roast" and it'll give you a couple of hundred recipies.

    We had this one tonight:

Oven roasted potatos and onions and a Belgian endive au gratin as a side.

Sounds nice, JR. I would probably do it with a pork tenderloin, though.

A bottle of Moet and some Fritos. Had to get that bottle out of the fridge. It's been there so long that I forgot what I was planning to celebrate when I bought it.

Instead of Puerto Rican, I found a Polish bakery and such and had some tomato-covered pork fillets. Good stuff. I was the only non-Polish-speaking person in there. Smokin' hot skinny Polish chick with 'tude. Didn't say much to her, or vice-versa. Maybe next time.

As a co-worker said while we were out last night, Appetizer: Beer, Main dish: Beer...dessert: Yup.. Beer. :)

Actually, I had Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner, but much beer was consumed.

I'm going to find a Jersey diner tonight ... or go back to that Polish bakery and such to see if that skinny, tight, 'tude chick shows up.
