Pizza and wings and a good stiff Black Russian at a birthday party for a friend's little boy.

And there was this woman there who kept hitting on me again. Rich divorcee I had met once before, and it's evident that she's in a constant state of............umm, arousal, if you know what I mean and I think you do.

Anyway, she's wearing a lot of diamonds again, and she's got that look in her eyes that she means business, and she keeps stroking my arm and telling me that what she wants these days is a Boy Toy.

And I'm thinking, wow, this would be easy.

    Except

    that she

    checks in

    at about 73.

I didn't hang around much longer.

Pork tenderloin roast, smeared with stone ground mustard.

New potatoes with rosemary, garlic and olive oil, roasted.

Carrot coulis with white wine and chicken stock, spooned over the pork.

    Two bottles of wine.

My welcome to fall feast, Barsuk.

And worth the wait for a day off and the $30 bucks on a new roasting pan.

A big plate of fettucini carbonara and two glasses of the house Chardonnay. Debating on dessert.

Honestly, I only came in for the wireless. Dinner is a bonus :)

I'm having chicken, fed to me by my other, with a baby spoon.

Don't let Jenni Carlson find out and I had popsicles. Delicious, delicious popsicles. The root beer flavor was the best.
