I really don't envy you having creamed peas and taters.

Oh ... wait ... I'd swim three miles through uranium-enriched rhinoceros shit for a plate of creamed peas and taters.

That said, I'll be having bratvurst und french fries tonight.

    That's disgusting. Funny, but disgusting.

We usually do bratvurst with it, but I don't know about tonight. For some reason, our grill won't light. I'm not sure we have any gas left in the tank.

Kind of like the Bears? :D Sorry, couldn't resist. All in good fun, like I said.

I lied. Doc's having brats and baked beans. I'm not eating. We'll do cream peas and potatoes another night.

I'm going to boil a bunch of chicken thighs and pull the meat off for use in sammiches. I'm not making chicken salad out of them, but I kinda hope it turns out like pulled pork. Any suggestions on what I could soak/slather the cooked meat in to give it a little zing? Barbecue sauce is a last resort.

Large order of fries slathered in cheese from Fuddrucker's before the volleyball game. PB & J and a big ol' glass of skim milk after.
