It was beef flavored Ramen last night.
    Tonight, it's chicken flavored Ramen.

Last night I had pork fettucine with mushrooms from Pizza Hut. Total came to $7.04. I went through the drive-thru and handed the cashier $10.04. Einstein had to look at the cash register screen to see how much change he owed me. Sheeeeesh.

Tonight will be a boneless chicken thigh sammich, mayo, salt and pepper. And a Jonathan apple. Jonathan apples are THE best apples in the whole wide world.

  3. Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza is the best. Period.

Pretty good barbecue at the Cotton Bowl yesterday. Pork loin was great.

Made some chicken and sprinkled parm cheese over it to melt and then topped it off with Thousand Island dressing. Pretty good.

Made an improvised orange chicken for the first time. Over brown rice with a little soy sauce. Fingers crossed ...

I have minor culinary skills, dammit! It's like swimming -- I know enough to keep myself alive. Not much more, but still.

  8. Roast chicken with rosemary, and sweet 'taters.

Homemade cheeseburger (ground sirloin), large salad, crusty bread with olive oil/balsamic and some cherry crisp.

    Outstanding.
