Yes, I found it to be salty. Yes, I've also found Zaxby's iced tea to be the best.

    OK, let's be accurate here.

Zaxby's is quick casual, not fast food. That's what the menu says.

But yes, the sweet tea there is divine.

Strawberry protein shake and half a container of raspberries.

    Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Maybe I'm missing something but what does accuracy, Zaxby's being quick casual, not fast food according to their menu have anything to do with their tea?

Because we were talking about the best fast-food sweet tea, not the best overall sweet tea.

Anyone ever eaten at Lambert's Cafe? I saw it on TV last year on a Travel Channel piece as the No. 1 place in the U.S. to pig out. I happened to be driving through the Missouri bootheel last month and decided to stop there. One of the few things in my life that lived up to the hype. Electric chair meal, as in, if they killed me after I was done, I'd die happy. First time I ever had fried okra. Damn, can't believe I went 35 years without trying it.

Now, if I can just remember where they serve that giant omelet on a pizza tray.

Well, you don't for IHOP, Denny's or Perkins, either. But I don't consider any of them fast food.

(Guess I'm the only one Major League-jacking this thread ...)

Anyway, I consider Zaxby's to be helluva lot closer to a fast-food place than a sit-down restaurant. If Chick-Fil-A/fast-food is a 10 and IHOP/sit-down restaurant is a 1, I'd put Zaxby's (or Farmer Boys, or Whataburger, or any other "quick casual") at 8 on the scale.

Zaxby's and Chick-Fil-A are in the same motherfuckin' ballpark [/pulp]. IHOP/Denny's/Perkins are not in the same park, IMO.

You do, however, have to be 55-years old to eat at Denny's (or atleast know a shitload of Matlock trivia and/or refuse to use your blinker while turning into the place).
