My aunt's Jesup, Ga., sweet sun tea is the best. Fried catfish (or chicken), hush puppies, a big bowl of tomatoes with salt and pepper, a bigger bowl of watermelon and a few glasses of that tea after a day on the lake is probably what heaven is like.

    Home of the Throwed-rolls.

That place is fantastic. Growing up in Missouri and going to school in Springfield made for some good times at Lamberts. The original is in the bootheel, but there's one in Ozark, Mo. right outside of Springfield.

Zaxby's is like Chic-fill-A. It's fast food. What makes it "upscale" is the price of the grub. There's no tipping. You don't have to be dresseed up to eat there. This quick casual term, you can can be quick casual going to Arby's Wendys or Hardees.

I've been to the one in Foley, Ala., several times. It's tremendously good, and tremendously unhealthy.

I was going to make chili last night, but the meat wouldn't thaw, so tonight it was...

And it's more amazing than normal. Not sure how that happened, but it's fan-fucking-tastic.

Zaxby's and speed don't belong in the same sentence because those fuckers are the slowest ever!
