    This is a regular meal in our household, so we have adapted it to our taste, and to make it quicker and easier. We don't bother with the salsa and the guacamole stuff -- just do the top part. We leave out the raisins, because raisins are gross, and we add about a half a can of ro-tel at the end to give it some moisture and spiciness.

    It makes a shit-ton. I like to make burritos out of the leftovers. :)

    EDIT: As a rule, Rachael Ray's recipes almost always need some modifications. I think sometimes she's just making shit up as she goes along, because she puts some downright weird shit in some of her dishes. Like raisins in this one. Seriously? Raisins?
