Grilled cheese with bacon and pear slices. Side of sweet-potato fries.

 

I'm sorry, but that sounds utterly revolting! Only because I got the picture of Pears being mixed with bacon and cheese.

 

I was stunned at how good it was. I thought the pear would be icky with cheese, but it was great. Some kind of white cheese, and nice thick slices of bacon.

 

I forgot to mention, I am not a bacon lover as well.

 

I don't know about bacon (although why not?), but pears go great with crumbled blue cheese in a salad. Great this time of year when the tomatos suck.

 

While my best friend and I were in New Orleans, she had a peanut butter burger. She claims it was amazing, but the thought of peanut butter and hamburger together made me want to puke.

 

I would totally try that.
