What's for supper tonight?

    Tonight'll be road food. But tomorrow I'll see my first home-cooked meal in more than five months. There had better be some fried pork chops on a table, somewhere, dammit!!!!

    OK, put down my stamp of approval for the Pumpkin, Sage and Sausage Pasta. Just made it with spicy Italian sausage and it was delicious.

    Yes. Really more of a summer lager, as you'd expect. Full-bodied but very dry and very smooth. Would go well with any spicy food. I'd say it's roughly comparable to Stella Artois.

    I'll probably eat later, but at the moment, I'm doing some mindless transcription, hence the Red Stripe.

    i've had a red stripe in the fridge for about a year. i'd go drink it right now, but it'd probably be a poor representation of what a fresh RS actually tastes like.
