Same as last night — a fried egg sammich.
But this time I'm going to fry three eggs, perhaps four.

Can't wait for payday Friday. That means slow cooker purchase Saturday.

I know at least one SportsJournalists.commer who's eating my chili recipe tonight. Doc and I will be eating it tomorrow.

Whatever they're serving at the football game. I'm a sucker for the free eats.

Probably a piece of gum since I left my dinner in the fridge because I was running late. Maybe the vending machine has good fare.

A tasty little mushroom and turkey casserole (or "hot dish," if you hail from GreatWhiteNorthSportsJournalists.com.)

Should you try this one, take my advice and ignore the part about withholding the seasoning packet from the rice. I think it would be pretty bland if you did that. We used Uncle Ben's mushroom recipe, and it was damn delicious.

I had, for my first home-cooked meal in a few months, fried chops, turnip greens and sweet potatoes on Friday. Saturday I cooked my shrimp pasta for the folks. Mmmmmm!

I've made that shrimp pasta (thanks for the recipe), and it's damned good.

Tonight, a home-made egg McMuffin. Big ol' slab of fried pork sausage, a fried egg and Muenster cheese.
