naw, man, i knew you were being straight up. but man, does that ever sound like shit.

Giant (as in, 2.5 in thick - from Costco) steak, marinated for the past 48 hours in worchestire and balsamic vinegar, then brushed during grilling in its own juices with a finish of a homemade seasoning mix, hickory smoke flavour and more worchestire.

Caesar salad and freshly baked buns on the side.

Strawberry cheesecake for desert. Hey, gimme a break, I spent the whole afternoon weeding my lawn!

 

chicken fried steak.

 

Just had some crab slammers. They're pretty good. Could use some sharp cheddar.

 

i had beer. and something seafood related. all i know is the bill was $300. good times.
