I'm moving this week and have a lot of food left in my fridge. I have some cheap crab cakes, a Lean Cuisine panini, and some buffalo sauce marinated chicken in the fridge. Maybe I'll just gorge :)

One broiled chicken cutlet with Old Bay rub ... steamed basmati rice with a sauteed Vidalia onion.

Like to cook ... and it's easy since its for me only.

Firing up the smoker. Ribs, Boston Butt, two turkey breasts. Beans, slaw and homemade peach ice cream for dessert.

Do you put the beans and slaw ON the ice cream or leave 'em on the side. Interesting combination.

Na. Slaw goes on the sandwich, 99 percent of the time, unless you're a communist. Beans and ice cream stand alone.

btw, Stallion or anybody else who can tip me off on some don't-miss places in Key West, I'm heading down there Aug. 7 for four days ...

As for me tonight, it was twin filet mignon medallions topped with bernaise sauce and lump crab, all in an au jus base. Pretty darn good stuff.
