    Ah those were the days. Back when we used to break out the moonshine, start telling lies and call up the women. But no talk about racing.

    Sloppy Doe recipe

    * 3 lbs - frozen deer steaks
    * 2 large onions
    * 2 tablespoons olive oil
    * 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
    * 1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce
    * 1/2 cup water
    * Salt, Pepper, Cayenne, Chili Powder and Garlic to taste

    Throw it all in a crock pot and let simmer all day. Adjust to suit your own tastes.

    That sounds pretty good.

    Tonight: Campbell's Chunky Fiesta Chicken Soup and a nectarine. Couple of Triscuits someone on the desk brought in. And a mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cup from a bag someone else on the desk brought in.

    I want Mexican food, so bad, right now. Holy fuck.

    That is going to happen in my kitchen sometime in the very near future. Thanks!

    No problem. Unless you're monitoring closely, you might want to add a little more water than is called for if it's in the crock pot all day to prevent it from drying out.

    Lettuce, diced jalapeno, shredded sharp cheddar, carrots, a pinch of diced garlic, turkey, croutons, a dash of crushed red pepper and two tablespoons of Caesar parmigiano dressing.

    A small baked potato loaded with fat-free sour cream, one slice of crumbled bacon, onions and sharp cheddar.

    Damn. It was good.
