    Sausage-stuffed pork chops and roasted corn.

    I've never had a stuffed pork chop. Do you pound it down and then fold it over? Do you use toothpicks?

    Just The Googled stuff pork chop. Man, I'd devour something like that.

    Nah. They have to be pretty thick -- 1 to 2 inches. Split it down the middle all the way to the bone -- just the center portion. It will form a nice pocket where you can put just about anything.

    I secured them with three toothpicks, then put my rub on and tossed them into the fridge. I will grill them, though many recipes call for browning them in a skillet and then finishing them off in the oven.

    Yum. I'm afraid it's a free-for-all tonight around here. The steak for the fajitas is still frozen, and the pork tenderloin is, too. We ran out of romaine last night. I'm thinking PB&J again.

    Burgers, pasta salad and deviled eggs. I may be sleeping on the couch tonight.

    The stuffed pork chops were awesome. But you could only stand so much of the sausage flavor and grease.

    Let's see ... grilled veal, squash, broccoli, potatoes.

    Delicious, all of it.
