    Dear lord, that sounds delightful.

    And I usually don't go for the fried rolls, but scallop and mango go so well together.

    tommy, seriously, you get out and get it up and going, give me a call. you've got my number and you know I'd do it. I've actually talked about doing the same with my father-in-law ... kind of like a redneck bobby flay. the man knows his q like few others.

    There's an excellent little place in SA, called the Josephine St. Cafe. On the front window hangs a neon sign that reads simply, "Whisky Steak."

    Tom, given your love for carne asada, I think that would be a good name for your place.
