    Arby's has no ill effects on that part of my body. Now, Taco Hell, that's a different story.

    I cooked chicken and yellow rice last night. It turned out damn good.

    Left the chicken on the bone and it was fall of the bone tender and made for a damn good flavor with the yellow rice. I outdid myself I think.
