I started off good for dinner and then was bad for dessert. Wife & I went out for dinner with another couple. I had the Flounder Marinara -- Flounder sautéed in garlic, olive oil, white wine and marinara sauce. Had a house salad (no dressing) and a couple of pieces of the italian bread with butter. But for desert we got three different slices of cake to share - two of them chocolate (including chocolate mousse (or is it moose?)). So I had bit too much chocolate richness for dessert.

Agreed. For baked sweet potatoes, smother them in butter and put salt and pepper on them. For sweet potato fries, I opt for ranch dressing and tabasco sauce on the side.

Tonight for dinner ... we had grilled chicken, marinated in balsamic vinegar, olive oil and garlic, with rice pilaf and a greek salad.

I received an Eat 'n Park gift card from some lazy bastard who doesn't know me well enough and/or hates me for Christmas.

Tonight, I had an American Grill Burger...yum.

Got a gift card for Golden Corrall for Christmas. It'll be used tomorrow.

    Mmmmmm, buffet!

You should be, my friend. I've still got $45 -- or about three dozen smileys -- left.

Prepare to stay 30 minutes longer than you might have expected: That's how long it takes to chew the steak. Love the Corral!

I had sweet potato french fries within the last year. Amazing.

Fries are definitely amazing, but I encourage trying sweet potato chips. They're also excellent.

Last time I went to a Golden Corral, four of the five in the group ralphed in the parking lot before getting to the car.
    The fifth shit his pants.
I am not making this up.
