Pasta shells stuffed with ricotta cheese, italian sausage and other goodness, plus garlic naan.

De-lish. And apparently I *can* cook.

Peaches are big where I grew up. HUGE. My grandmother used to try to make me eat pickled peaches. Ugh. That, and homemade sweet pickles. Damn. I just gagged and my eyes are watering.

Go find yourself some dried up, tough-ass, bland brisket. Bitch.

Grilling some ribeyes for supper, tonight.

For dinner, I'm thawing some Boston butt I smoked a month (or so) ago.

I'll go make some beans and slaw, now.

Roasted red pepper fettuccine with homemade pasta sauce and garlic flatbread and chocolate milk. :)

threw together some sweet and sour pork. went a different route and used the slow cooker this time - turned out good, but will probably stick with my traditional sweet and sour in the future. made some jasmine rice to go along and worked great.

I sort of had Oktoberfest last night a bit late: bratwurst, German potato salad and sauerkraut. But with red wine instead of beer.
