    Fried chicken with a side of mac and cheese from the grocery deli.

    Pork Lions, covered in sliced onions, topped with cream of celery soup and breadcrumbs, then bakes and served over rice. Small fruit cup for salad, and thick, cliced garlic butter toast.

    Tonight we had my favorite recipe, shrimp pasta in a sun-dried tomato cream sauce.

    Tomorrow, prime rib, cheesy au gratin potatoes and sauteed veggies.
