    Isn't a layered pasta dish, basically a lasagna? :D

    BTW, this sounds awesome.

Different noodles, different texture. But if I do say so myself it was excellent.

It's my birthday ... got my gnocchi ... it's my birthday ... too much gnocchi ...

    Seared sea scallops for appetizer.

Main dish: Gnocchi in alfredo sauce with sausage on the side.

Got a creme Brulee for free ... yahoo!

Sounds awesome. I have to wait until June for mine, but it should be a blast. Not only will I be 29 but I'll be in Tampa for one of my best friend's wedding. Too much fun!

Two Pop Tarts and two sandwiches on whole grain bread. The usual at work.

2 cups of hot chocolate, a piece of cheese pizza and a bag of nuts. All at the rink.

Brought in a ham and swiss (w/ that Jack Daniels honey dijon mustard) on sourdough. And some Swiss trail mix (peanuts, raisins, M&Ms, PB chips and pineapple) for a deadline snack.

    Perfect meal for work.

Penne pasta and marinara. All I've really eaten today was two pieces of string cheese and a pudding cup. I probably should eat a little more.

I'm not. I've been eating like this for a few days. I have no appetite at all. I am starting to get a little dizzy tonight, but I'm not sure if it's because I just came into a very warm apartment from a very cold outside, because I haven't eaten, or because I just carried like 50 pounds of groceries (probably not literally but close) up in one load because it's so cold outside and I didn't feel like making two trips.

Just finishing two footlong subs from Publix. I'm pretty full.
