All forms are acceptable unless you have something against "sketti"

  2. What kind of self-important tool would have something against that?

Scroll up and take a guess.

  4. No thanks. I'd rather still have faith in my fellow man.

I make the best sketti in the world. Okay, maybe not the world, but it's pretty damn good. I make my sauce a few gallons at a time and freeze it.

Pan-fried catfish over sauteed spinach and cheese grits, with a 6-pack of Sweetwater IPA.

    Made sliders and onion rings.
Made two different kinds of onion relish for the sliders. Half a Vidalia onion with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Cooked until brown. Another pan had the rest of the onion with olive oil, S&P and red wine vinegar.
Mixed the pound of ground round with an egg, ketchup, worstichire (SP), chilli powder and some hot sauce. Grilled them, and then the dinner rolls.
Sliced roma tomatoes and bread and butter pickle slices.
    Deep fried the onion rings.
And it was do it your self assembly for the plating.
Washed it all down with Diet Dr Pepper.
    Delicious.
