What's for supper tonight?

Least there's plenty of flavors to choose from. I know from experience.

I'm a big fan of the italian shells and cheese. I don't use their nasty cheese sauce mix or whatever it is. Instead, I grate fresh mozzarella or buy the packaged italian cheeses and melt that on top. It's fantastic.

We also will have the double cheeseburger when money is running tight. Definitely add pepper, though. Otherwise, there is no flavor to the meal -- not that flavor is high in Hamburger Helper normally, just saying.

Screw flavors. If it were possible to live relatively healthily on tried-and-true Cheeseburger Macaroni, I'd be a happy girl. Love that shit.

Anyway, the 99 percent fat-free turkey wasn't bad. I sprinkled it with some garlic salt (all the seasoning I own) to give it some flavor, and it was fine.

Every house's spice rack/pantry/cupboard where you keep the seasoning should be equipped with Garlic Salt.

That's all mine's equipped with. I don't cook much, so I just throw that on the chicken breasts I grill up. :D

Did you go to the same cooking school I did?

  9. I'm making fried catfish, hushpuppies, and fries for dinner. Hopefully, GB won't over eat again tonight when he gets home.

Hand-rolled meatballs and Italian sausage sandwiches. Ready just in time for football. Wish I didn't work today, but oh well.

I think I'm going to do lasagna tonight. I just cleaned the kitchen and am not real interested in messing up a bunch of dishes.

Spaghetti. I've been eating it for a week. Cooking while single leads to boredom.
