Day-old homemade red beans and rice, which are always better than just-cooked red beans and rice.

On the downside, I've eaten red beans and rice for three of the last four meals. My innards are percolating.

Thanks, you're so freaking helpful. "the girl" implies the WOMAN I was absolutely taken with. But, oh well. Thanks for the insight.

I know dude, I'm just fruckin heartbroken to the point that I want to smash a beer bottle over my head just to feel what it'd be like. (And, no, I wouldn't do that, just feel like it is all.)

To say, on topic for this thread, this crap isn't digesting well would be a monumental understatement.

I made my amazing chili last night for diner. I have enough leftovers to take to work for lunch with a PB&J. I've been really good all week about packing my lunch every day when I wake up instead of eating out at work.

Last night was smothered pork chops with green beans and wide egg noodles. Southern-style goodness. Tonight is Cuban style roast pork loin off the same honking strip the chops came from. Rest of that pork loin is cut and frozen into chops and one more roast. I figure 15 total dinners out of that 5-pound hunk of meat.
    And what's in Jasmine Rice?

Pizza. Hungry Howie's. One works and one pepperoni and sausage (which was supposed to be sausage and mushroom). No, I didn't eat both :D
