    Just rice. It's flavored differently, though. Anyone know how I screwed it up?

    It's still rice. Not a huge difference in flavour, more of a difference in texture.

    Perhaps you just don't like it?

    Chicken and yellow rice which cooked perfectly on the stove. WONDERFUL!

    A creation I made: base of grilled naan bread, topped with a half chicken breast, jasmine :) rice (it was fantastic), grilled peppers, red onion and sundried tomato, blanched spinach and a dab of hoisin sauce.

    Okay, I used too much hoisin sauce, but otherwise it was wonderful.

    Gomer...that sounds awesome!

    I went to Olive Garden with some friends and had eggplant parm, which was pretty good. And, of course soup and salad, which is the one thing they can't screw up.
