All I know is that fried pickles and chicken on a stick were staples at the Toad Suck Days in Conway, Ark.

Glazed ham, baked beans and coleslaw. Yumm. Thank goodness for parents having the day off and cooking dinner for me on my busiest night of the week. ;D

A turkey wrap in a spinach tortilla with lettuce, tomato and honey mustard with a dessert of frozen yogurt.

my three-year-old is eating some of the cap'n's finest now. crunch berries. 'the one with all the colors,' in her description. I'm gonna see about setting you two up for a play date one of these days ...

I will fall back on my previous statement about the Cap'n and the damage done to the roof of your mouth.

And to keep us somewhat on topic, I am in the process of making chicken enchiladas

I love ya, but that sounds awful. I'm cool with the turkey, lettuce and frogurt. but otherwise ... blech. (I'm just not a big veggies/mustard guy.)

Thinkin I'm just gonna go with the big salad tonight. some v8 splash to drink with some carrots on the side, maybe. yogurt for desert, probably, of the non-frozen variety.

Wife made a maple-dill chicken with some sort of crazy balsamic potatoes and beans out of a cookbook she's got. Friggin' awesome.
