Love me some Publix subs. You try the philly yet?

Never tried that one. Had chicken salad and an ultimate tonight.

As for philly-related food, there's a pizza place down here that makes a great philly cheese steak pie.

happy and a healthy to you, shot!

    my birthday is tomorrow.

wife's taking me out a couple weekends from now for a nice dinner here (http://www.prime112.com/) because i'm going to vegas tomorrow afternoon. the vegas trip has nothing to do with my birthday. it was the only time me and the other guys (all friends from college, although it ended up just being me and one other guy) could fit it in our calendars.

I'm having another salad with more chicken on top. Mmmmm.

Also some fat-free cottage cheese and peaches.

Should we refer to the LiveStrong thread? Gosh, I know I need to.

In honor of Shot's bday, Dr. J made stirfry, roasted taters and garlic chicken.

Not exactly one sitting, Moddy. That was the plan, but because I'm at work, it took the span of about three hours. And I don't feel too bad about it, having run 3.5 miles earlier today.

Happy birthday, youse guys! And many returns :)

Tonight's accidental menu: some Better Made potato chips (why,
    why
did I impulse buy those the other day?!) and a bowl of watermelon chunks. An hour later, a soft-boiled egg on toast.

Turkey sandwich with some rocking good horseradish mustard, my best ever condiment find.
Post workout was a protein shake.
