    i never cared for the salmon. too much controversy wrapped all up in that fish for me to eat it.

    Nah. For the ettouffe I use frozen tail meat from the supermarket. In two weeks, however, we'll be having a crawfish boil at Casa de TBF. I won't be catching those, either, though. A local oyster bar sells them. Lots of fun.
