Dug this thread up to give one last shout-out to Habanero's, our local Mexican food joint.

Had to have one more round of chicken tostadas (topped with super-hot, cilantro-fueled salsa) for the road ... or, should I say, for my shirt! :D

After I made and canned four pints of salsa and canned nine pints of okra, we finally got to cook supper at about 7:30.

Cooked some filets with Mrs. tbf's favorite sauce, a Bourbon shitake molasses cream sauce. Made some garlic smashed taters and roasted some red, yellow and orange peppers.

Baked chicken strips, with Buffalo Wing Sauce, homemade french fries and collard greens.

Ate two bags of chips and a soda at work. Hope when I get home the pickens will be better.

Cheesecake Factory. After all, today is National Cheesecake Day!!!!!

All cheesecake was 1/2 off. White chocolate raspberry truffle is my favorite!

Bizarre. I haven't had cheesecake in months, perhaps a year or more, and had it tonight without knowing that tidbit.

    Oh, and homemade beef tacos.
