Organic pasta covered with tomato-and-basil spaghetti sauce. Three pieces of wheat bread. I'm on like my 10th caffeine-free diet coke (see other thread).

Mixed some bottled Bertoli's alfredo sauce with some thawed chopped spinach. Dumped it on some cooked pasta and topped it with some garlic salt, fresh cracked black pepper and some grated parm. Diet Orange Slice to drink
Was going to make lite lime jello pie for dessert. Changed my mind and didn't have anything.

You have officially entered the running for my favorite SportsJournalists.com non-female. Don't tell JD.

(I'm kidding, JD. You're still the favorite. But his grill is definitely my favorite right now...)

Breakfast: bowl of Special K Red Berries, 3/4 cup milk
Lunch: two skewers of garlic shrimp, house salad with cilantro lime dressing
    Dinner: chicken breast, yogurt, carrots
Snack: Strawberries, tangerine, cup of peaches

Did 45 minute weight workout, skipped cardio because I wasn't feeling well. Still feel better for eating better, and not like as much of a freak as I felt like yesterday.

Tonight, if it's not snowing and cold as fuck, we'll grill some chicken and corn.

Now, THAT is proper use of the quote function.

    Nicely done, MM.

When I'm in doubt, I always end up at one of those Mexican places like a Moe's. I like the brick sized, two-pound burritos, but it is a lot of food for lunch.

Nah. It's nasty here. I went to the old standby. PB&J with a glass of milk.

Craptacular here as well. You know its bad when the Weather Channel shows footage of where you live. Not just the town, but they actually showed my neighborhood.
So I'm mulling making a run or foraging in the kitchen.
    Haven't decided yet.
