The last of my Marie Callender frozen dinners (at least until I get to the grocery store later this week). Tonight it is Turkey w/stuffing, mashed taters and green beans with cranberries mixed in with them.

BTW, whoever said something earlier about the two-pound burritos, there's a place around here called Barberitos. Too fn good!

Tonight will be seafood bisque, shrimp and scallop scampi and bread. One of the girls is bringing an undisclosed dessert.

    Woo-hoo!

We have six small steaks which have been marinating in salad dressing for two days getting finished off in the frying pan.

Chunky mashed potatoes on the side.

Down side: I had gum surgery yesterday and am doing all my chewing on the deep left side of my mouth for the next 10 days...

Homemade turkey soup. The stock is in reduction phase now. Some will go into the freezer, some will have turkey and veggies added to it.

Will be served with a mesclun salad.

Last night I made a pot roast with baked potato. I must have forgotten to pierce one because it exploded in the oven. BOOM, all over the place. That reminds me, I have to vacuum the oven before my wife gets home.

It finally got cold here, so I'm making my amazing chili. I think I'm going to make a few changes to the recipe tonight, but not many at all.

It's fantastic chili, bbam. I'm just adding a little more meat than I did last time and some different spices.

Yeah ... I'll have to settle for the kind out of a can if I have any. The Future doesn't like chili and I can't justify making it if it's just for me.

    Um .... hello?

    Recipe, please!

Mrs. TBF added some onions and shrooms to a jar of Ragu, or someother shit like that, and made spaghetti. I'll let her slide ... this time.

I'll post the recipe when I'm done cooking tonight. I will either post my original recipe or my updated version, depending on which I feel tastes better.
