I've had an OK day. Haven't eaten at the right times, but we'll see.

Tonight I've had a cup of peaches, a tangerine, an apple and a string cheese stick. I'll have a salad with chunked chicken and lite italian when I get home.

Two bananas and two ham sandwiches on whole grain bread. The usual at work.

Marie Callender's TV dinner. BBQ chicken with corn and potatoes. I subbed Sweet Baby Ray's honey BBQ sauce for the provided packet, becuase that's just how I roll. They're on sale for two bucks apiece at Kroger this week. I intend to stock up. They make a damn fine frozen dinner. I need a girlfriend.

MM - Marie Callender dinners have been a work staple of mine for a long time. They're that good. I have to check Kroger here to see if they're on sale. If indeed they are $2 apiece I'll have to stock up as well, because usually they run 2 for $5 or $6.

Tonight for me though, since it's fricking cold here, was a can of Chicken Alfredo soup (Chunky's). Damn good, but a bit salty.

also just had a 100-calorie bag of microwave popcorn as a snack

A Lean Cuisine mac and cheese, an apple and grapes. And my third 20-ounce bottle of water of the day.

Somehow, I knew that would draw a response like that. Left myself open and far be it from anyone on this board not to pass up a free shot like that. :D

Had a canadian bacon and pineapple pizza contraption baked on whole wheat flatbread. Very tasty.
