    Always keep flour around. A good roux starts so many good things. If you can put together a quick white sauce, you're halfway to cookin'.

    I rarely if ever have need of flour unless I'm baking. Canned soup and turkey sandwiches have little use for flour.

    Cheese souffle. So much easier than people make it sound.

    White sauce, put in cheese and spices. Separate eggs. Beat whites. Add white sauce. Fold in yolks. Bake and enjoy.

    Sliced brisket sandwich at Whole Foods.

    First time at WFM. I am in love.

    I have never bought flour. Don't think I've ever bought granulated sugar.

    Big-ass salad, consisting of:

    Mixed greens
    Shredded carrots
    Cucumber
    Tomato
    Skim cottage cheese
    Sunflower seeds
    Tuna
    Low-fat Italian dressing

    And two Strawberry Twizzlers for dessert.

    Nothing because I forgot my dinner at home :'(

    So it looks like something fast-foodsy when I get off work.
