Try searing the outside with a hot fire, then move to the side of the grill to cook a little more slowly. Should keep what juices the meat makes inside. Or just baste the shit out of it with melted butter every time you turn it.

Speaking of liberals, and what's on the grill? After a half-day of starving in observance of the peace movement, I invited the local DNC over for tofuburgers and sprouts. And then God sent rain on the parade. Just shows you what side he's on.

As stated, the Democrats I grew up around don't eat tofu burgers and sprouts. They're union men who spent four decades providing for their family with tough, tough, tough hard labor day-in, day-out.

I agree. There's nothing wrong with asking how to do something. There's a lot wrong with pretending you know what you're doing and completely screwing the whole thing up --- especially when food is involved.

(And for the record: Marinate overnight, put in the smoker for a couple of hours and walk away. Brush on sauce, walk away again and cook for another hour or so. Enjoy with your favorite beer. If you are Idaho, enjoy with your favorite root beer --- I recommend IBC.)
