What's the most you've ever eaten in one sitting?

Starving children in Africa are reading this site and crying into their keyboards.

  2. I tend to not glutton myself on restaurant food. Home-cooking is a different story and much harder to gauge. I swear I hate half a turkey while home from college on thanksgiving break.

Nah, they only cry after they watch IFOCE events on ESPN.

I ate a 55-ounce steak, plus bread, rice and green beans, in 55 minutes when I was 20 years old.

Was swallowing the last bite when the buzzer went off, so the meal was free. (Would have been $19.95 if I hadn't finished it in time, and I didn't have $19.95 on me, so it was a considerable gamble).

Got my picture on the wall, though the place is now closed. I'd like to think I contributed to the place going out of business ...

I honestly figured people wouldn't think it was a big deal to eat a whole pizza. I've done that. A lot. Most recently last year, when I got out of a game really late and the only thing open was a Domino's. I said fuck it and ordered a medium deep dish (to piggy--ha!--back Norman's belief, I'll say ANY Pizza Hut or Domino's deep dish is heaven in a cardboard box, hmm, that sounds like a Bryan Adams song) as well as an order of bread sticks. then I went home, ate the whole fucking thing and drank a 20-ounce bottle of Pepsi. All at like 3 am. Fucking disgusting.

Looking back, I have no idea how I didn't drop dead on the spot. And I cringe to think how much weight I gained there alone. Christ.

Well, of course you eat the whole pizza. What are you going to do ... save some for later? Bah.

Leftovers are terrible. I can't stand them, which is why I'm not a slender, little 9-year-old anymore -- well, part of the reason. When I cook some mac and cheese, the Tupperware collects dust; actually it doesn't because it's been in the box in my closets for more than two years. I like my food hot and first-day fresh. So I'll indulge.

I think I'm one of the few people in the world that actually prefers their pizza cold instead of warm.

    I don't know why; I just do.

Warm pizza is for dinner and cold pizza is for breakfast. It's the perfect way to tie a few good moments together.

Hmm, I'm going to have to try that. Next time I order a pizza for myself, I'll have to convince myself to save some though.

I eat a lot, because I eat incredibly fast.

This is not a good thing, I know.
