I don't care how many times you swing, it's one strike per pitch.

One I haven't seen mentioned yet is the non-call on the Drew Pearson push off in the Cowboys/Vikings playoff game in the mid 70s.

Surprised no Seattle fans have piped in about the blatant pro-Steeler bullshit in the 06 Super Bowl. Usually that's one you count on someone bringing up in all these type threads.

Officiating was questionable in the Federal League.

Eric Gregg's strike zone for Livan Hernandez, 1997 NLCS Game 5:

Livan Hernandez would later salute the fallen Gregg by gaining as much weight as him.

Olympic boxing. Any year. Especially this year. Absolute gong show. Trumps anything in any other sport.

Beyond that, Brett Hull in the cup final in 1999

And the Jeter play where he came flying across the diamond to intercept an errant throw, I still think Giambi beat the throw at the plate. Sorry Manky.

As someone who covers high school sports for a living, I see worse calls every night in every sport.

Garrett Atkins "double" in the '07 play-in game against the Padres. Ball hit off the fucking seats in left field and the umps still ruled a ground-rule double. Then to cap great moments in officiating history, Holliday bounced his face off the batter's box and never touched home plate.
