  1. Normally, I try not to write the Yankees off, but there are so many things wrong about this team.

    They got injuries.
    They don't have any pitching.
    They look old and listless
They just don't execute well on defense and offense as you saw today.
They just don't look like a hungry team and they are a far cry from those championshp teams in past years.

This team has so much problems. I am not sure if they can recover.

The Wild Card will not be easy this year. I think it's going to be either Cleveland or the runner up of the AL West.

But Minny4Eva........Rogah will be in their rotation at the end of the month, he'll solve all of their problems.

Plus they're the Yankees! Don't you know....the Yankees always find a way to win. They have ARod, the best player in the game, the best closer in baseball, a 7 time Cy Young winner in their rotation, a $180million payroll and most importantly.....Captain Intangibles, Mr. Jeter.

Yea, just saw the replay and he clearly shook his hand and not grabbed the side of his groin like I had initially thought.

Chuck Knoblauch called the Yankees tonight. Wanted to see if they could still use him at second base.

A better Red Sox club plodded through the first three and a half months of the season three years ago before catching fire. Maybe this team breaks down in July and August.

    Like last year's team did.

Last year's team didn't have Matsuzaka, nor a bullpen in front of Papelbon.

Correct, there was no Joel Piniero or J.C. Romero.

On the other hand, they haven't even played Tampa Bay yet.
