Doesn't take much to amuse you.

    You really didn't like it?

    I'm not a sci-fi fan, but I thought V was really cool...

Hondo didn't care for the Obama allegory. ;)

That Obama is secretly a lizard under his human skin?

I'm all for that theory. But in terms of the first two shows, the script and the pace have been very rushed. They would also have us believe that the world would embrace space aliens and start giving them tours of the White House within weeks of their arrival. Also, there was no back story developed on the true identity of the aliens. The guy at the first resistance meeting brought up the reptilian part without any prior suspicions or evidence.

Well, they were hot as fuck aliens who were curing crippled people in wheelchairs.

Yeah, I mean it's hard to imagine people being so welcoming of aliens who look like this: ;D

Just watched the first two episodes. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

  10. Been said already, but I was fired up to watch the remake. The first episode was pretty lukewarm. Barely enough to get me to commit to the second one.

Thought they rushed the "they're lizards!" arc badly, and as also noted, zero development of the backstory.

I thought the second episode was kinda bland, didn't really move the plot along for me.

I did chuckle that the warehouse address was 4400 Pier Avenue, a nod to The 4400 creator and V writer Scott Peters. Also the priest is in The 4400.
