I know good sex is a lot more than just the physical act, and I'm generally pretty happy that someone is willing to share their body with me, whether the sex is good or not.

People have different ideas of good and bad sex. To each his/her own. I just know that my definition probably doesn't match your definition, which probably doesn't match another person's definition and so on.

I am angry at the fact that I misused my time in having bad sex. If the emotional attachment is there enough to have sex, the natural inclination is that it will be good. Whenever something doesn't match one's standards, be it sexually, professionally or morally, it's natural to get upset. I am not running a Nazi sex camp and I am sure not counting my own orgasms.
