Just wait until MLB decides to go US-born vs "the world" in an All-Star game.

Well, you could always do it next year with the NBA. Loses a lot of ooomph six months after the Games, but it's something.

True, I was just thinking of Olympians vs. snubbed Olympians.

No idea what it means for the big picture, but mom and my aunt are wrapped up in this Lynx-Sun game as much as any show all weekend. I didn’t even know my parents had Prime, but here we are.

Caitlin Clark pulls down the first triple double by a WNBA rookie and the Fever knock off New York. It was a fun game.

I had forgotten that Lexi Hull — a Spokane area native — was on the Fever. She had a few big plays down the stretch today.

She was key late in the game. That reverse layup to extend the lead with a minute and a half or so left was great, and a huge score.

Caitlin Clark had a great game today, but this is world-class grasping by the media:

[Clark] also made history Wednesday, becoming the first WNBA and NBA player to record 29 points, 13 assists, five rebounds, five 3-pointers, 5 steals and three blocks in a game.

Three blocks? What the hell was wrong with the other team?

Well, they were playing the worst team in the league (the Mystics).

It also bears mentioning that the Fever also lost to said terrible team, despite Clark’s “historic” performance.
