It would help if the Army had qualified, but they were similiar to Army football in qualifying.

    Sirs, Madames,

Ghana's junior team is called the Black Starlets.

    From website:

    Hayford appointed Starlets coach

Former Black Queens coach Bashiru Hayford has been handed the coaching job for the national under-17 team, the Black Starlets.

Hayford would be joined on the bench by Sulley Mohammed and Asante Kotoko goalkeeper’s trainer Joseph Carr.

The Ghana Football Association has also confirmed Dr. Andrew Ayim as team doctor.

Yes, the Black Queens are the women's team (and the Black Princesses the women's junior squad).

Stars to Starlets: Reminds me of George Clinton spin-off Parlet but I digress.

    YHS, etc

Die (deutsche) Mannschaft = "The Team."

Germans are a thoroughly unimaginative lot.

Funny, I would have thought that would be North Korea's nickname.
